Our Redecoration staff goes through the apartment and repairs/replaces anything not working correctly. We also have the unit painted, professionally cleaned, and the carpet is either steam cleaned or replaced, depending upon the condition at move out.
Yes, our Maintenance staff is here 24/7 to help you in case of an emergency, as well as having a full staff available during working hours to take care of any maintenance issues that you may have.
You can place a work order by calling our office during office hours, call our Standby Maintenance after hours, or visit your Resident Services account to place a work order online at your convenience.
Maintenance handles work orders in the order in which they are placed, with the exception of emergencies and those that have requested an appointment. If you would like to be home while Maintenance is there, you are welcome to set up an appointment with the office.
No, our Maintenance staff, with your permission, may enter your apartment to complete any necessary repairs.
With proper identification, any leaseholder can obtain a key from the office or be let in by our Standby Maintenance staff.
We encourage everyone to make their apartment their home, however, please keep in mind that should anything be damaged in the process, you may be charged at move out for the repair. The apartment should be returned to us at move out in the same condition as you received it, minus any normal wear and tear issues.
Our community offers 24-hour maintenance, easy access to bus routes, gas for heating, cooking, and hot water, internet and cable options, as well as a pool and clubhouse for resident use.
Our pool area is open at approximately 10:00 am beginning Memorial Day weekend and extending through Labor Day weekend. Closing time is approximately dusk each day.
There is plenty of parking available to our residents and their guests. Parking is free, however, we do ask that you be sure to have your vehicle registered with the office.
All of our buildings have coin or app operated washers and dryers, however, the apartments do no include any hook ups.
Yes, we allow both cats and dogs in certain buildings at this time.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 and a $20.00 per month pet rent for up to 2 pets.
Yes, there are breed and weight restrictions on dogs.
While this community does not have a pet park, we are within driving distance of walking trails and parks.
Your new home will come equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
No, however, Cort Furniture offers rental furniture to our residents.
Yes, we offer lease terms between six and fifteen months long.
Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
There are no quiet hours. The community building is available for resident use after hours. There is a Security Deposit of $100.00 and a Rental Fee of $75.00, due at the time of reservation.

We do make appointments, however, if your schedule is unsure, you are always welcome to walk in. Our Leasing staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Rent is accepted online through your Resident Services account by debit/credit card or bank account. Residents are also encouraged to set up automatic payments. In addition, payments can be mailed in the form of a personal check to Waverly Park P.O. Box 4053, Kalamazoo, MI 49003.
Simply sign in to your Resident Services account to make payments, place work orders, or sign your lease.
There are additional fees for Internet service and Dish Network.

Before move in, you will be given information to contact the Lansing Board of Water and Light to connect your electricity. A confirmation or account number will be required to move in.
Bloom Broadband is the provider for both internet and cable. There are three different packages available for internet, a basic cable package offered, and Dish Network is available.
At this time, there is not a referral bonus offered.
You are allowed to have guests in your apartment. You will be held responsible for your guests actions during their time here.
Security deposits are designated per apartment, therefore, if you transfer you will need to pay a new security deposit to the community you are transferring to.
We do offer an Early Lease Termination Fee that is equivalent to 200% of your current monthly rental rate. This fee is due at the time you put in your notice.
A 60-day notice is required in writing. A Late Termination Fee may be charged for any notice under 60 days. This amount is determined by the number of days late the notice is received.
Yes, you will receive a Late Termination Fee Credit.
