My experience was a great experience and We are enjoying our new home it's a safe community here at Waverly park apartments easy bus transportation and stores near by very family oriented they also have a pool and groundsmen seen daily on the property the office has very nice and polite workers to help out the move in price was worth it. I've made a great choice and the apartment looked excellent upon viewing the Unit. Very Awesome property Thank you. - Charla

I have lived here for at least 8 years. Seeing each staff member come and go they all have been so amazing, and I never had a problem with maintenance or the staff. They are just amazing and understanding, and I'm thankful to still live their. - Laronda
